We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Fees & Commissions Officer to join our dynamic financial services team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex financial processes, ensuring timely fee collection, partner payments, and maintaining impeccable financial documentation.
🔍 Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Execute day-to-day management of fees and commission collection
- Monitor corporate accounts and policy account overdrafts
- Process partner payments according to defined frequencies
- Reporting and Reconciliation
- Prepare comprehensive reports for custodians and partners
- Ensure timely reconciliation of corporate accounts
- Maintain organized and accessible financial documentation
- Partner and Internal Communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- Respond to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
- Adhere to internal procedures, industry rules, and regulations
💼 Required Qualifications
