Responsibilities 📋

• Design, develop, and configure new system functionalities based on business processes across multiple SAP functional areas
• Customize SAP functionalities to meet specific business requirements and process designs
• Create comprehensive blueprints for defined solutions and technical documentation
• Provide expert guidance and functional expertise during SAP implementation projects
• Execute thorough testing procedures during project implementation phases
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for SAP processes
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation and procedures
• Provide training and support to team members and business areas on new applications
• Offer administrative support to the department as needed

Required Qualifications 📚

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of SAP functional areas and configuration
• Proficiency in ASAP methodology
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in either French or German
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy standards
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven capability to analyze and structure complex data

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

• Knowledge of Luxembourgish (considered an asset)
• Additional language skills
• Experience with SAP products and functionalities
• Understanding of internal IS&O processes
