Job Description Summary Of Finance Operations Manager

Lucid Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Operations Manager to lead and enhance our financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial transactions.

Responsibilities Of Finance Operations Manager

  • Hands-On Financial Operations: Engage actively in daily financial tasks to ensure seamless operations and provide necessary support to the finance team.

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee invoicing and payment collections, monitor debtor balances, implement credit control measures, and resolve outstanding debts.

  • Accounts Payable Oversight: Manage supplier invoices, expense claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing.

  • Billing Operations: Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual terms, collaborate with departments to streamline procedures, and implement system improvements.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of two finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and embracing new technologies.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant laws and internal policies, monitor financial risks, and prepare reports for audits.

  • Technical Proficiency and Process Improvement: Utilize tools like Power Query and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for data analysis and reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
