Job Description Summary Of Finance Operations Manager
Lucid Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Operations Manager to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing functions. This hands-on role involves managing daily operations and leading a team of two finance professionals to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Financial Operations Oversight: Actively manage daily Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Supervise invoicing and payment collections, monitor debtor balances, implement credit control measures, and resolve outstanding debts.
- Accounts Payable Oversight: Ensure accurate and prompt processing of supplier invoices, expense claims, and payments, maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Billing Operations: Manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms, collaborating with relevant departments to streamline procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and embracing new technology.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, preparing reports for audits and implementing recommendations.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize Power Query and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for financial data analysis and reporting, leveraging Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle other tasks as they arise to support the finance department.
