🎯 Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Education and Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in education required (Master’s degree preferred)
• Active professional teacher certification

Experience

• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience
• Two years of experience as an Instructional Coach, Teacher Leader, or in a related position (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of building positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders including staff, students, parents, board members, and authorizers
• Proven results in increasing student achievement on relevant state test measures
• Experience using multiple data sources to assess student performance and plan instruction
• Urban and/or school turnaround experience is considered a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills reflecting professionalism and tact
