Comprehensive Role Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management
- Develop and execute creative social media content aligned with Dana’s brand identity
- Manage multiple social media handles for various Dana units
- Create engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audience
- Implement effective content calendars and scheduling strategies
- Digital Community Engagement
- Foster meaningful interactions with customers across all social platforms
- Respond promptly to inquiries and feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Create a positive digital customer service culture
- Analytics and Reporting
- Generate weekly reports on social media KPIs
- Track and analyze digital footprint growth
- Monitor engagement metrics across platforms
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- E-Commerce and Product Management
- Maintain and update Dana’s E-Commerce environment
- Manage product listings and new offerings
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of digital menus
- Optimize online ordering experience
