Comprehensive Role Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and execute creative social media content aligned with Dana’s brand identity
    • Manage multiple social media handles for various Dana units
    • Create engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audience
    • Implement effective content calendars and scheduling strategies
  • Digital Community Engagement
    • Foster meaningful interactions with customers across all social platforms
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and feedback
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Create a positive digital customer service culture
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Generate weekly reports on social media KPIs
    • Track and analyze digital footprint growth
    • Monitor engagement metrics across platforms
    • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • E-Commerce and Product Management
    • Maintain and update Dana’s E-Commerce environment
    • Manage product listings and new offerings
    • Ensure accurate and timely updates of digital menus
    • Optimize online ordering experience
