Job Description Summary

The Department of Statistics at the University of British Columbia (UBC) is seeking a dedicated Student Programs Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role combines academic administration, student support, and program coordination within one of Canada’s leading statistical science departments.

Responsibilities

  • Student Services Management
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to students
    • Handle complex student inquiries and registration issues

    • Serve as departmental Timetable Representative
