Job Description Summary

CIBC is seeking a talented Mobile Mortgage Advisor to join their Personal and Business Banking team. This role combines the flexibility of remote work with personalized client service, helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams through expert mortgage advice and comprehensive financial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage banking and mortgage expertise to provide tailored mortgage solutions that align with clients’ homeownership goals and financial aspirations
  • Meet clients at convenient locations and times, offering flexibility and personalized service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Banking Centre teams to provide comprehensive financial planning support
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into new CIBC clients
  • Build and nurture networks within local markets to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage with internal teams and external realtors to establish referral partnerships
  • Deliver expert mortgage advice and product solutions while maintaining high service standards
  • Monitor and analyze local market trends to identify potential opportunities
