Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and security throughout the flight.
• Deliver exceptional service to enhance passenger comfort.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures per Transport Canada and company policies.
• Address and resolve operational and passenger-related challenges.
• Monitor the aircraft cabin’s condition and make necessary adjustments.
• Report hazards and incidents under the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships with colleagues.

Remote Work Policy

This role is strictly on-site at Thunder Bay International Airport (YQT). Flight attendants must report to the airport within two hours of call-out.
