HCF Australia is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to spearhead critical communications for Member Services. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney CBD, offering a unique opportunity to execute pivotal campaigns that educate, engage, and retain members.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end delivery of critical business, service, compliance, and tactical campaigns.
• Coordinate communication and data needs for various campaign projects.
• Capture, analyze, and report insights to enhance future communication strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Brand & Content, Digital, Product, Portfolio, and external vendors.
• Drive member-focused communications primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Balance multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution from small tasks to complex journeys.
• Apply data-driven marketing strategies to optimize communications.
