A remote Key Account Manager position responsible for managing and growing Quad Lock’s European key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering outstanding service while representing the brand across the region.
Key Account Manager Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management – Manage and cultivate relationships with Quad Lock’s European Key Account Customers, including distributors and major retailers across diverse industries and regions. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
Sales Performance Optimization – Consistently deliver profitable sales results aligned with Quad Lock’s overarching business objectives. You’ll optimize individual account performance while ensuring alignment with Quad Lock’s omnichannel go-to-market strategies, providing data-driven sales feedback to key decision-makers within accounts.
Product Management & Marketing – Secure core product ranging and introduce new product assortments in partnership with Product and Marketing departments. You’ll drive both in-store and digital branding and promotional initiatives, providing ROI analysis to measure effectiveness and impact.
Inventory & Forecasting – Oversee inventory forecasting activities with all key accounts, collaborating closely with internal demand planners to ensure precise demand planning outcomes. You’ll deliver comprehensive revenue and profit projections for key accounts to Sales leadership for strategic planning.
Training & Representation – Conduct product training and educational activities for accounts and their customers to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. You’ll represent Quad Lock at European trade and industry events, promoting products and engaging with current and prospective customers.
Reporting & Analysis – Lead key account meetings and prepare detailed reporting materials to support forward-looking business strategies. You’ll provide consumer and sales feedback to the Product team to support ongoing product analysis and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience for the Key Account Manager
The ideal Key Account Manager for Quad Lock will bring a blend of sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and industry knowledge. This position requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote environment while staying connected to a global team.
Proven Sales Expertise – Demonstrated experience in high-impact sales or account management roles, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving growth.
Key Account Mastery – Successful history of managing key accounts, building lasting partnerships, and delivering measurable business results across European markets.
Industry Insight – Previous experience within the Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, Action Sports, or Automotive industries is highly desirable, bringing passion for these sectors and understanding of their unique market dynamics.
Relationship Champion – Exceptional ability to build, manage, and inspire cross-functional relationships, driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders regardless of location.
Tech-Savvy Approach – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Excel, Sheets, etc.), using data to guide strategic decision-making in an increasingly digital sales environment.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into action that drives account growth and company success.
Remote Work Excellence – Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment while staying connected and engaged with a global team. This role requires strong communication skills and self-discipline.
