• Collaborate with a multicultural team on international transactions and client projects.
• Advise banks and financial institutions on leveraged, acquisition, real estate, fund, and asset finance, including securitisation operations.
• Offer legal guidance on financial, securities, contract, and insolvency law.
• Engage in meetings and calls with clients to discuss projects and follow up on their requests.
• Draft legal opinions and documents under the supervision of the lead partner.
• After the integration period, assist in training junior lawyers and facilitating team knowledge-sharing.
• Manage assigned files with growing independence and confidence.
