Job Description Summary
Société Générale is seeking a Data Management Officer to join their Middle Office Corporate Banking team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative management of client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to client accounts, including updating reference data
- Monitor the compliance of the client database with regulatory requirements (QI/FATCA/CRS/EMIR/MiFID/GDPR) and report to the relevant authorities
- Receive and authenticate instructions from GTPS clients
- Produce various client certificates (e.g., fund blocking attestations, balance certifications)
- Manage e-banking and telematic contracts (e.g., creating and updating Multiline contracts)
- Digitize administrative files and manage their archiving
- Perform accounting operations (e.g., recording client fees, internal account transfers)
- Distribute statistical data related to account management
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to meet internal and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to ongoing department projects (e.g., digitization, process optimization, continuous improvement)
