🎯 Responsibilities of an HR Executive

As an HR Executive, your key responsibilities will revolve around providing end-to-end HR support. Here’s what your role will include:

📌 Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background checks.
  • Conduct employee induction sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Provide day-one support for IT tools, HRMS logins, and welcome kits.

🔄 Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain up-to-date employee data in HRMS systems with high accuracy.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries related to policies, leaves, or payroll.
  • Monitor employee confirmation dates, internal movements, and transfers.

🚪 Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews to analyze attrition trends.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes including clearances, documentation, and Full and Final settlements (FnF).
  • Assist employees with relieving letters, PF/Gratuity queries, and post-exit formalities.

📞 Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate effectively via emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Possess a neutral and professional accent with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborate across departments like Payroll, Finance, and IT for seamless HR operations.

📊 Data and Compliance Management

  • Ensure employee data is confidential and compliant with labor regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Assist in HR audits and policy reviews.

💼 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS systems like SAP, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
