Job Description Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Cyber Awareness Content Lead to create engaging, effective, and user-friendly content that translates cybersecurity policies, compliance requirements, and CISO-led initiatives into actionable training and awareness materials. This role will play a key part in enhancing the cybersecurity culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training content.
- Translate complex cybersecurity topics into simple and engaging materials.
- Utilize tools like ISEasy to design interactive training modules.
- Create videos, presentations, and eLearning resources for awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with CISO Office, HR, and Training teams.
- Track training effectiveness using surveys and quizzes.
- Provide regular reports and improvement recommendations.
Deliverables
- Security Policy Training: Develop interactive content for 15-20 cybersecurity policies/standards.
- e-Security Certification Training: Modify and enhance existing training based on updated security policies.
- Additional Cybersecurity Training: Address evolving cybersecurity topics throughout the year.
