  • Coordinate with various departments including F&B, housekeeping, and front office to ensure integrated service delivery
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and operational costs while maintaining profitability targets
  • Implement and monitor service standards, ensuring consistency in guest experience
  • Handle VIP guest requests and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally
  • Create and maintain guest profiles to personalize service delivery and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Organize and supervise special events and promotions within the club lounge
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement
