Job Description Summary Of Clinical Services Training Manager

Stanford University is seeking a Clinical Services Training Manager to play a pivotal role in the Center for Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing (CYMHW) within the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. This position is crucial for ensuring the quality and safety of the allcove program across a network of centers while developing and implementing training systems to support this innovative youth mental health initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, administer, and evaluate day-to-day activities of the allcove program
  • Collect and analyze data, create reports, and review trends to advise on program goals
  • Contribute expertise to the allcove data management system (datacove)
  • Act as an expert resource for the allcove integrated clinical care model
  • Lead the design, planning, and delivery of training and resources for the allcove network
  • Coordinate clinical direction and feedback for service delivery and clinical pathways
  • Represent the program as a key contact and subject matter expert
  • Organize and participate in outreach activities and develop communications
  • Assist in expanding clinical innovations across the allcove network
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide financial recommendations
  • Direct staff, hire, train, and lead change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with youth, young adults, and international partners to develop best practices
