🔍 BBSRC Coordinator Responsibilities
The BBSRC Studentships Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the London Interdisciplinary Doctoral Training Partnership at King’s College London. - Working in partnership with the UKRI Studentships Manager to administer student lifecycle processes from pre-enrollment through to graduation
- Providing high-quality administrative and day-to-day support for all LIDo activities at King’s College London
- Coordinating across faculties and central services (post-award studentships, student services, IT, finance) to support effective management of the LIDo program
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues at University College London and other partner institutions
- Supporting student data entry, updates, and maintaining comprehensive student records
- Ensuring compliance with BBSRC funding requirements and regulations
- Facilitating communication between academic leadership, administrative staff, and doctoral researchers
