Job Description Summary

NSW Health is seeking two talented Web Content Writers to join their digital project team at the Ministry of Health. This exciting temporary opportunity (up to 5 years) offers the chance to be part of Australia’s largest health organization, contributing to a transformational program that consolidates NSW Health websites into a single, user-centric NSW Government website.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and edit website content ensuring it is engaging, high-quality, inclusive, and accessible for NSW residents
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across government to develop user-friendly content meeting design standards and best practices
  • Utilize content writing expertise and management skills to inform content strategy for website projects
  • Analyze user insights and data to enhance digital content and overall user experience
  • Participate in agile practices, including stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives
  • Work with Drupal CMS to optimize and publish content for website projects
