Agropur, a leading dairy producer, is seeking a skilled Vat Operator for their Lake Norden, South Dakota facility. This role is crucial in managing the cheese and whey production processes, ensuring high-quality dairy products are manufactured efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• 🧪 Monitor vats filling with milk and prepare ingredients
• 🍶 Add various ingredients at appropriate intervals and take samples
• 🔬 Operate and monitor the combination of pasteurized and standardized milk with cultures and other ingredients
• 🛠️ Maintain and operate production equipment
• 📊 Ensure quality control throughout the production process
• 👥 Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• 📝 Keep accurate records of production activities and ingredient usage
