• Prepare and review VAT registration application files and VAT returns for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Provide comprehensive support to client servicing teams on VAT-related matters
• Maintain effective communication channels with accounting teams, tax authorities, and clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of VAT compliance clients, including those with local activities
• Supervise and mentor VAT team members, providing training and guidance as needed
• Drive the development of a centralized compliance team through process optimization
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all VAT-related deliverables
• Stay current with Luxembourg VAT regulations and implement changes as needed
