Waynabox is seeking adventurous individuals to join our Operations and Customer Care team as an Operations Ninja and Travel Expert, planning secret getaways and providing exceptional customer support to our Wayners.

Travel Expert Role: Craft Unforgettable Journey Experiences

Are you the friend who always plans everyone’s vacations? Do strangers regularly stop you on the street for directions? If you’re passionate about travel, fluent in Spanish, and love working collaboratively, Waynabox wants to meet you! We’re expanding our Operations and Customer Care team with enthusiastic travel lovers who can help create magical surprise travel experiences for our adventurous customers.

As an Operations Ninja and Travel Expert at Waynabox, you’ll be at the heart of our unique travel concept—planning, reserving, and reviewing secret escapes while also solving customer queries and issues. This dual role allows you to express your creativity in travel planning while developing valuable customer service skills in the tourism industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize surprise trips by both road and air, carefully selecting destinations and experiences that will delight our customers
  • Review and verify all travel arrangements to ensure smooth experiences for our Wayners
  • Provide responsive and helpful customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new travel products and enhance existing offerings
  • Assist with operational tasks related to trip coordination and logistics
  • Research potential new destinations and travel experiences to expand our catalog
  • Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally and promptly
  • Help maintain high quality standards across all surprise trip experiences

  • Some experience in tourism and/or customer service, with a solid understanding of travel logistics
  • Native or fluent Spanish language skills, with additional languages considered a plus

Remote Work Policy

Our hybrid work model allows for 2 days of remote work per week, with the remaining days in our office.
