Job Description Summary

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors in administrative offices
- Manage telephone inquiries and generic email inboxes

- Compile agendas and draft minutes for team meetings

- Prepare and circulate papers, agendas, and briefing notes
- Provide administrative support on financial matters using the University’s Oracle system

- Handle room bookings and issue temporary parking permits
