Correlation One is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support learners in our premier Operations Leadership training program, providing career development coaching and educational support for diverse cohorts including Amazon Associates.

🚀 Responsibilities

Teaching Assistant Leadership Role Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant for Correlation One’s Operations Leadership program, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of leaders in the AI economy. Your responsibilities will extend beyond typical teaching duties to include professional mentorship, career guidance, and technical skill development.

Cohort Management and Community Building 🤝

  • Collaborate with fellow Teaching Assistants, Lead Instructors, and program staff to deliver a comprehensive learning experience
  • Foster growth and development of learners as they engage with content in critical competency areas
  • Create a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and skill development
  • Monitor progress of learners throughout the program lifecycle, from onboarding to graduation
  • Ensure learners stay on track to achieve learning outcomes and program milestones

Leadership Training and Professional Development Coaching 📚

  • Facilitate development of essential leadership competencies including effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and technical proficiency
  • Offer professional development coaching aligned with program objectives and learner career aspirations
  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on technical, operational, and leadership skills
  • Provide up to 5 hours of individual office hour sessions for learners each week at flexible times
  • Review and provide feedback on learner resumes to enhance their career opportunities

Teaching Support and Content Delivery (Full-time Role) 🎓

  • Support delivery of synchronous virtual sessions and provide asynchronous learning support
  • Participate in all assigned live lectures, responding promptly to learner questions via Slack
  • Lead breakout room discussions on situational leadership challenges, evaluating responses in real-time
  • Monitor learner comprehension and engagement, providing timely feedback to address knowledge gaps
  • Build learner confidence through constructive coaching and encouragement

Assessment and Feedback 📊

  • Grade learner submissions with thoughtful feedback throughout the program
  • Evaluate leadership quiz responses, including multiple-choice questions and recorded video submissions
  • Provide resume feedback via Slack video DM (limited to 5 minutes per learner per deliverable)
  • Support three intensive grading periods during the program:
    • August 4th – August 17th, 2025
    • September 22nd – October 5th, 2025
    • October 20th – November 2nd, 2025

Program Operations Support 📝

  • Collaborate with program operations staff to prepare for program launch
  • Complete administrative work including answering Slack messages and tracking learner progress
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to align on program objectives and learner support strategies
  • Support live 1-1 capstone sessions (approximately 15-20 sessions of 20 minutes each)
  • Attend required onboarding and synchronous training sessions before program commencement
