Job Description Summary

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Talent & Leadership Development Manager to join their People Development department in Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing assessment and development solutions for the bank’s talent and leadership professionals, as well as supporting the overall competence development within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive best practice in assessment & development needs analysis, design, development, and delivery
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of dedicated development plans for Talent and Leadership professionals
  • Manage the relationship with external consultancies
  • Innovate in the use of assessment & development learning technologies and formats
  • Monitor development activities, and improve the competency assessment & development framework in the Bank
