Job Description Summary

Jetfly, a leading shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg, is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Officer & Odoo Administrator to join their Group Supply Chain department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies in the dynamic world of aviation.

Responsibilities

• 🚀 Lead the project management of ongoing implementation of the new inventory software, Odoo
• 📊 Contribute to the creation and implementation of the company’s overall Supply Chain strategy
• 🛫 Develop and implement standard product guidelines and packs for the Jetfly fleet
• 🔍 Monitor the application of defined standards and offer corrective solutions
• 📈 Create and apply KPIs to monitor and improve overall processes
• 🍽️ Ensure timely and accurate procurement management for the Operations department (Catering, Marketing, and Travel)
• 📦 Work on forecasts and set up minimum stock policies vs. minimum out-of-stock ratio
• 🛒 Place orders, identify optimal shipments, and manage goods deliveries including customs clearance
• 📝 Manage ongoing contracts, annual escalations, claims, contract renewals, and new RFPs
• 🤝 Monitor suppliers’ performance, identify and qualify new ones, and develop customer/supplier relationships
• 🤝 Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• 💻 Act as an administrator and point of contact for Odoo
