Job Description Summary

Lancaster University seeks a dynamic Student Success Assistant to join their award-winning Student Success Team within the Social Mobility and Student Success department. This role supports the Lancaster Success Programme, focusing on creating an inclusive environment for student development and achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Lancaster Success Programme and related initiatives
  • Assist in the delivery and evaluation of student success activities
  • Support the recruitment, retention, and progression of widening participation students
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to implement student success strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in program evaluation
  • Participate in event organization and delivery
  • Contribute to the development of student support materials
  • Assist in tracking and reporting program outcomes
  • Support student engagement activities and communications
  • Help organize and facilitate coaching-led activities
