Ashbourne College is seeking a dynamic Arabic-speaking Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer to lead student recruitment efforts from Africa and the Middle East. The role combines travel, student engagement, and relationship management to ensure successful enrollment and support.
✅ Responsibilities Of Student recruitment
🎯 Student Recruitment & Outreach
- Strategically recruit students from African and Middle Eastern countries.
- Maintain partnerships with agents, schools, and regional contacts.
- Travel frequently to target regions for school visits, fairs, and student meetings.
- Represent Ashbourne College and promote its academic offerings and student life in London.
👥 Relationship Management & Student Support
- Stay connected with recruited students and their families from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.
- Provide support, guidance, and updates as the main liaison.
- Work collaboratively with personal tutors and support staff for holistic student success.
- Organize extracurricular and social events for integration and engagement.
🌐 Translation & Communication Of Student recruitment
- Translate marketing and admissions documents into Arabic.
- Support Arabic-speaking students and parents through interpretation.
- Assist in admissions conversations and family communications.
📂 Administrative Duties
- Keep accurate records of student engagement and applications.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Heads of Admissions on student onboarding.
- Facilitate smooth admissions from inquiry to registration.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
