Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of the University’s Performance Sport Programme, Sports Scholarship Scheme, and the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert strength and conditioning support to elite student athletes
• Collaborate with sports-specific coaches and support staff to enhance athlete performance
• Design and implement progressive training programmes tailored to various sports
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the university’s performance sport strategy
• Support student athletes in balancing academic and sporting commitments
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize athletic performance
• Conduct assessments and monitor athlete progress
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback on athlete development
