• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
• Drive cultural change within the organization to support strategic marketing initiatives
• Create and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance Freight Agency’s market position
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Identify and leverage international business development opportunities, particularly in West African markets
