📱 Seeking a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Creative Coordinator to join Jaded London’s dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the Women’s Head of Brand and Creative team in developing engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, executing video projects, and helping grow the brand’s digital presence through innovative social media strategies.

Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Content Creation and Management

• TikTok & Instagram Content Development: Create innovative ideas and concepts specifically for TikTok and Instagram platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Video Production & Editing: Take charge of executing and editing all video content for social media platforms, ensuring high quality and brand consistency
• Trend Research & Implementation: Discover trending sounds and content formats that align with Jaded London’s brand aesthetic and audience preferences
• Content Planning: Support the social coordinator in producing TikTok-focused shoots and help develop a distinctive Jaded London style
• Swim Account Management: Take responsibility for creating “filler” content for the swim account, planning content based on upcoming collections
• Caption Creation: Build a comprehensive bank of captions and copy for feed posts to maintain brand voice and engagement
• Sound Library Development: Create a bank of sounds on epidemic for consistent use across brand content
• Administrative Support: Handle social media administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
• Timeline & Budget Management: Strictly adhere to all given timelines, deadlines, and budgets for content creation projects
• Prop Management: Order and track all props used for social media content creation

🎨 Creative Team Support

• Shoot Preparation: Ensure all samples for shoots are correct and properly packed before leaving the building
• Sample Management: Track and return all samples to the appropriate teams after shoots, maintaining good relationships with the Garment Tech team
• Size Coordination: Plan ahead to ensure any samples needed in different sizes are available in time from Torque
• On-Set Assistance: Provide behind-the-scenes support including steaming clothes, dressing models when required, and helping with styling
• BTS Content Creation: Capture behind-the-scenes imagery during shoots for additional content opportunities
• Studio Maintenance: Keep the showroom and studio tidy and organized at all times before and after shoots
• Post-Shoot Organization: Return props and ensure all samples go back to the relevant place/person after shoots

🔍 Research & Strategy

• Creative Input: Contribute meaningful ideas during creative meetings, participate in brainstorming sessions, and pitch innovative concepts
• Competitor Analysis: Keep the company ahead of competition by finding emerging talent across social platforms, including models, props, small businesses, and potential collaborations
• Trend Forecasting: Regularly identify and highlight future product and styling trends for Jaded London’s Gen-Z audience
• Social Media Innovation: Stay current with platform updates and new features to maximize engagement opportunities
