Job Description Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director of Social Media & Content to lead innovative digital strategies, create compelling content, and drive engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

Social Media Leadership

  • Develop and implement forward-thinking social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Track performance metrics to refine strategies and boost growth.

Content Creation

  • Collaborate with in-house teams to produce engaging content across formats, including video, graphics, and written posts.
  • Partner with influencers to manage creator relationships, contracts, and campaign goals.
  • Write and edit captivating captions adhering to brand voice and tone.

Community Engagement

  • Oversee and participate in community management, fostering positive interactions.
  • Provide best practices for engagement and ensure an authentic brand voice.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Creative, Customer Care, Influencer, and Paid Media teams to drive an omni-channel strategy.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and high-quality results.
