Job Description Summary

The Assistant Director of Global Partnerships will lead strategic international collaboration efforts, developing and maintaining sustainable partnerships that enhance the University of Northampton’s global reputation and create opportunities for students and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Partnerships Team in developing and managing strategic educational partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Manage student and staff exchange programs
  • Support articulation and student progression initiatives
  • Develop and monitor partnership portfolios across UK and international contexts
