Job Description Summary 📝
Mamamia, Australia’s largest women’s media company, is seeking a Senior Creative to join their best-in-class Creative Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative development for both commercial teams and SQUAD (in-house agency), reaching seven million women monthly across various platforms.
Responsibilities 🎯
- Lead creative ideation for commercial pitches, developing compelling concepts through write-ups, storyboards, and moodboards
- Direct commercial video content from concept to delivery
- Drive innovative creative solutions for SQUAD clients
- Champion Mamamia’s brand voice across all platforms
- Contribute to annual upfronts alongside senior leadership
- Partner with Commercial Strategy and SQUAD teams
- Manage stakeholder relationships and approval processes
- Create engaging content for eDMs, scripts, and social media
- Balance creative vision with practical execution requirements
Requirements and Qualifications 📚
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative roles
- Strong background in brand work (media experience preferred)
- Exceptional copywriting abilities
- Proven track record in conceptual thinking
- Experience in commercial creative development
