Job Description Summary 📝

Mamamia, Australia’s largest women’s media company, is seeking a Senior Creative to join their best-in-class Creative Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative development for both commercial teams and SQUAD (in-house agency), reaching seven million women monthly across various platforms.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Lead creative ideation for commercial pitches, developing compelling concepts through write-ups, storyboards, and moodboards
  • Direct commercial video content from concept to delivery
  • Drive innovative creative solutions for SQUAD clients
  • Champion Mamamia’s brand voice across all platforms
  • Contribute to annual upfronts alongside senior leadership
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy and SQUAD teams
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and approval processes
  • Create engaging content for eDMs, scripts, and social media
  • Balance creative vision with practical execution requirements

Requirements and Qualifications 📚

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative roles
  • Strong background in brand work (media experience preferred)
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities
  • Proven track record in conceptual thinking
