Job Description Summary

Deloitte Luxembourg seeks a seasoned Senior Officer in AML/KYC to join their National Quality Risk Security (NQRS) department. This role focuses on strengthening the firm’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing controls while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive AML/CTF and TFS (Targeted Financial Sanctions) risk assessments
  • Provide expert guidance and support to team members regarding compliance matters
  • Serve as an escalation point for junior team members on complex cases
  • Ensure timely processing and review of AML/KYC files
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams about AML/KYC requirements
  • Maintain and enhance the firm’s compliance framework
  • Monitor and analyze suspicious activities and transactions
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AML/KYC processes
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance adherence
