Job Description Summary

Agropur is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Operator to join our team in Little Chute, Wisconsin. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our dairy production facility, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Agropur policies, work rules, safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Clean and sanitize equipment, cookers, brine systems, tubs, and plant floors following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals and protective equipment
• Document all cleaning activities accurately
• Assist production operators during product changeovers and equipment clean-up
• Manage the brine system, including balancing, salt and water addition, and CIP operations
• Operate and maintain molders and string extruders, ensuring proper setup and quality standards
• Report any safety, sanitation, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Understand and comply with all Quality policies, reporting potential food safety issues immediately
• Perform forklift or powered pallet jack operations (training provided)

Remote Work Policy
