- Strategic Advisory Role: Advise senior sales executives on growing and optimizing LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Hire & Learn) businesses through data-driven recommendations and actionable insights
- Sales Strategy Operations: Drive strategic planning processes including customer segmentation, headcount planning, financial modeling, territory planning, and quota setting initiatives
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead strategic, cross-functional projects that shape LinkedInās go-to-market motion and present insights to executives and global sales operations partners
- Operational Excellence: Manage operational processes including quota setting, annual targets, territory allocation, audits, reports, and dashboard development for sales organization
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Serve as analytical backbone for LTS North America Sales strategy team, building and scaling analyses across planning and operational processes
