• Welcome customers with a warm smile and approachable attitude
• Provide expert product knowledge and personalized fashion advice
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining excellent service standards
• Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Support stock management and replenishment activities
• Promote brand image and maintain highest customer service standards
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally
