Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards by ensuring proper sanitization of dishes, flatware, and kitchen equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Support kitchen operations through food preparation, packaging, and portion control
• Maintain organized and well-stocked service areas, including refrigerators and salad bars
• Execute floor maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
• Prepare and package take-out orders with attention to quality and presentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
