Job Description Summary
The Salvation Army’s Broadview Village seeks a dedicated Full-Time Residential Counsellor to provide comprehensive support to adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Responsibilities
- Implement and manage individual support planning (ISP) programs while advocating for residents’ needs
- Provide direct support for personal development and daily living activities
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation

- Supervise and assist residents with meal preparation and housekeeping duties
- Maintain facility cleanliness and adherence to health and safety protocols
