Responsibilities

• Update call documentation and launch online calls for the ALBORADA Research Fund proposals
• Match African researchers with Cambridge colleagues using databases and local contacts
• Review applications and perform quality control checks
• Prepare documents and arrange meetings for the award assessment panel
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including the Cambridge-Africa team, ALBORADA Research Fund Committee, and applicants
• Support researchers in making travel arrangements between Cambridge and Africa
• Monitor and evaluate awards, including writing case studies
• Assist in writing blogs based on the awards
• Conduct financial monitoring of awards
• Contribute to wider Cambridge-Africa Programme activities, including event organizing
