Job Description Summary
The University of Southampton is seeking a Research Fellow to undertake world-leading research in ultrafast laser material processing and direct write data storage. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in collaboration with Microsoft Research.
Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out world-leading research in ultrafast laser material processing and direct write data storage (65% of time)
- Lead in preparing publications for refereed journals and present results at conferences (5%)
