  • Draft, review, and negotiate various research and consultancy agreements, including collaboration agreements, NDAs, and grant agreements.
  • Collaborate with academics and professional services to ensure contracts meet all parties’ needs.
  • Provide guidance on legal and contractual obligations to ensure compliance and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract statuses and updates in relevant databases.
  • Liaise with the Legal Services Team for complex contract matters.
