  • Use Boolean strings and sourcing techniques to build a qualified talent pool.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates.
  • Submit qualified profiles to Account Managers for technical evaluation.
  • Schedule interviews and perform regular follow-ups with candidates.
  • Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and ATS (e.g., Oorwin) for recruitment status.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss recruitment goals and challenges.
  • Post jobs on various portals and coordinate closely with Account Managers.
