Job Description Summary

Join Cogent Communications as a Real Estate Administrator, where you’ll manage contracts, coordinate with vendors, and support real estate operations for one of the world’s leading Tier 1 ISPs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate contracts, including execution, tracking, and database updates.
  • Coordinate with landlords and property managers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain the filing system for real estate documents.
  • Verify and process vendor invoices for payment.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve billing disputes.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for updated Certificates of Insurance.
  • Prepare lease and colocation payment schedules.
