Join Cogent Communications as a Real Estate Administrator, where you’ll manage contracts, coordinate with vendors, and support real estate operations for one of the world’s leading Tier 1 ISPs.
Responsibilities
- Manage real estate contracts, including execution, tracking, and database updates.
- Coordinate with landlords and property managers to resolve issues.
- Maintain the filing system for real estate documents.
- Verify and process vendor invoices for payment.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve billing disputes.
- Respond to internal and external requests for updated Certificates of Insurance.
- Prepare lease and colocation payment schedules.
