Cadillac Formula 1™ is seeking a motivated Race Coordinator to join its dynamic travel and logistics department. As part of the elite team preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One™ World Championship, you’ll manage mission-critical race travel arrangements and logistics.

• ✈️ Lead and manage hotel and flight bookings for international races and tests.
• 🧾 Maintain accurate records of travel expenditures, invoices, and purchase orders.
• 🧳 Organize complex itineraries involving multiple travel components.
• 📞 Be available for out-of-hours support when required by team travel.
• 🤝 Assist in building strategic relationships with key travel vendors.
• 📋 Ensure compliance with internal policies and budget restrictions.
• 🧾 Process hotel and flight reconciliations, and manage requisitions.
• 🏁 Provide additional support to the Travel Manager and wider travel department.
