Job Description Summary

Join Kardium’s dynamic team as a Purchasing Agent, contributing to the development and production of innovative medical devices for treating atrial fibrillation. This role combines procurement expertise with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on global healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage purchase orders for materials, products, and services based on internal requirements and inventory levels
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, including quote management and delivery tracking
  • Monitor and optimize stock levels to ensure consistent material availability
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and manage data entry in ERP systems
  • Support senior purchasing agents in supplier negotiations and market research
  • Analyze market conditions and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Track order progress and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
