Titus People Advisory, in partnership with Victson Projects India, is currently recruiting for a Planning Construction Manager / Project Controls Manager to join their team in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a dedicated project controls team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project controls execution strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Establish and manage the project master schedule, creating detailed work breakdown structures and milestone tracking
  • Oversee budget development and cost control processes, ensuring financial accountability and transparency
  • Implement robust risk management methodologies, identifying and mitigating potential project risks
  • Direct document control systems and change control procedures, maintaining proper documentation
  • Monitor and analyze project progress metrics, cost variances, and risk indicators
  • Compile detailed weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project updates to senior management and client representatives
  • Collaborate closely with other department heads to ensure integrated project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and industry standards
  • Mentor and develop project controls team members to enhance capabilities
