Programme Assistant Role and Responsibilities πΌ
- Expert Management
- Prepare forms and documentation for external experts
- Create and maintain expert pools
- Manage expert contracts and attendance monitoring
- Generate statistical reports on expert engagement
- Financial Administration
- Process reimbursement claims efficiently
- Handle expert payments in collaboration with financial teams
- Ensure compliance with payment procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Communication and Support
- Disseminate information to experts regarding administrative procedures
- Provide guidance on reimbursement rules and IT platforms
- Monitor and respond to expert inquiries
- Develop and maintain FAQ documents
- Event Organization
- Support the coordination of virtual and on-site meetings
- Assist in organizing evaluations and project reviews
- Contribute to workshop and conference planning
- Manage Advisory Board meeting logistics
Required Skills and Qualifications π―
- Excellent proficiency in English (C1 level minimum)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
