  • Create, maintain, and manage the delivery of our product roadmap for our ATS, HRIS, and Member Network based on competitor analysis, customer needs, and business value assessment
  • Design and maintain product feature designs in Figma aligned with our digital style guide, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development, launches, and ongoing management
  • Define and communicate detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with both customer needs and business objectives
  • Implement robust product performance monitoring and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-informed product decisions
  • Strategically manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value metrics and evolving customer requirements
  • Develop innovative pricing strategies and models that maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer value
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain market leadership
